I possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), able to deliver superb support to service users and also able to learn new ideas to enhance my practice. I am computer literate with a full working knowledge of Windows, Excel and Microsoft Office systems, highly numerate, mature and nonjudgmental about people, organized and full of confidence, and can work with minimal supervision (even within a pressurized environment).
In working with children with disability, I have developed skills in the process of analyzing complex child in need situation and working theory and assessment tools in doing so.
