I've worked in customer service for 2.5 years in different jobs. At Accenture, I moderated Facebook content in India. I've also been a Senior Customer Service Executive at Teleperformance, where I helped customers with their Amazon USA orders. I got great feedback there. Additionally, I worked at Hexaware with VFS Global, answering questions from people in the USA applying for services.
Now, as a student, I want to use my customer service skills at the Company here in the UK. I'm good at paying attention to details and know how to handle customer questions professionally.
I believe my experience in helping customers and my professional attitude make me a great fit for this receptionist job. I'm eager to join a team and be a valuable part of the Company’s success.
