I started working in health and social care since year 2000. Started to work in the nursing home working with elderly, working also as homecare assistant, working in day centres before got the permanent job as support worker looking after people with learning disabilities for 12 years now. I am realible, honest, and hardworking person. I am willing to listen, learn and apply the necessary training for giving the best needs and support to people we support and also have work ethics with colleagues to be part of the team. I am also holding full driving license and I can work with anyone without supervision. I had Nvq 3 qualifications and but willing to do any training that company provides.
