My name is Rozeta and I am looking for jobs in the care and support field. My patience and care for people in need go above and beyond expectations. I really work hard to improve clients’ condition by keeping an eye on detail and making sure they are always happy . My empathy, kindness, compassion, honesty and love for people in need are the core characteristics of myself. My job focus is on personalised care and person-centred approach to making sure clients’ needs are being met. One of my strongest skills is to work on client’s strengths and encourage them to more independent living, I value people’s diversity and put in my effort to treat them with respect and dignity. I also consider their privacy as something that everybody should have at their own choice. My passion for help and support wouldn’t stop me from being able to work with people in need. I make sure that I stand out from the crowd by offering qualitative services using my own unique values and skills.
