I am very compassionate, i enjoy caring for vulnerable persons.my training and practical work experience have enhanced my competency as far as care job is concerned.my ability to work as an individual and work better in a group has given me edge and makes me stand out in every where i have worked .i am a very committed person and can deliver assigned responsibility within a given period of time. I have experience working with care homes and community care and with many types of healthcare professionals. I have worked with doctors, registered nurses, nutritionists, respiratory therapists, and physical therapists in hospitals, care homes ,mental health facility and autism initiative centre. i have experience working on 1:1,2:1,general ,level 2...i carry out observations and keep records as well.in care homes i support with personal care.
