I am an experienced Live-in Caregiver. I have experience with conditions such as; COPD, dementia (including vascular), deafness, visual impairment, arthritis, osteoporosis, physical disability, stroke, brain injury, cranioplasty pre-surgery support and incontinence.
I find a great joy in having an opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives; helping them to achieve independence and maintain their dignity and to provide help, good company and conversation to someone who is alone or isolated. At the same time, I get to meet people with fascinating life stories.
In my leisure times I like:
Watching family comedy films, current affairs, reading the Bible, listening to Gospel music, studying Spanish language, socializing.
I would describe myself as respectful, observant, patient and reliable, as well as with a good sense of humour.
