I'm very hard working person ,kind friendly honest and reliable always put my patients and individuals first whom I am responsible for always give my best in my job always make sure I work from personal centred approach or when have conversations with service user as Individuals. I have been a carer for 19 yrs and a half. I love my job and meeting many different individuals and understand each person's care needs are very different always give respect to my service users.
