I have been doing care for the last 29 years 10 of which were live in care. Although i dont have an nvq i did all my training in house and actually was in charge of training carers in my last job.i am in receipt of all my in house certificates.i am very experienced with all forms of disabilitys and care of the elderly and infirm. I also have a wealth of references from the families of all that i cared for as I feel that it is best to get it straight from them who i work with first hand. I am really eager to work on a farm or any where out of the city.
