Am an Healthcare worker, my passion for this started so years back when my mother use to take me to my grandparents house to care for them and I grew up seeing myself caring and looking after people,And most of the places I have worked I always try my best to work passionly and delivered,As an Healthcare worker my experience has made me to work compassionately,Understanding of patients needs and effective communication skills, I interacted with patients on daily basis,assisting them with their personal care,sometimes medication management and emotional support, this experience strengthen my ability to empathise with patients and ensure their well-being. I encountered a patient who was experiencing severe anxiety due to a medical procedures Through active listening and reassurance, I managed to alleviate their concerns,creating a calm and supportive environment This highlighted the importance of effective communication and empathy in Healthcare setting .
