I have had experience in managing service users suffering from partial or completely dementia and those with loss of memory, thinking and unable to update their social status which is autistic service users whereby i was able to help them to make their tea and assisting them to make meals, showing them food chart to choose their desired food and also symbols for those who cannot talk. I make sure their environment is tidy and neat while i support and assist them in their daily activities.
