I have 8 years working experience with people with learning disabilities. I have worked with different varied clients groups like people with Dementia, bipolar, epilepsy and autism, Down syndrome, peg’s feeding e.t.c
I support them with various activities to promote their independence. In other to ensure that their daily needs are met. I ensure health and safety is maintained. I also support the service users to maximise their independence, drawing up care plans and support them to meet their individual needs. I also ensure that they are comfortable in their home. Ensure personal care is prompt daily, preparation of goods meals. Medication administration when needed.
I ensure that the laundry is taking care of, and Domestic housekeeping.
