I'm looking for fulfilling employment where I'll be making a positive difference to people's lives. With over 10 years of experience in customer service and retail, I have a natural talent for adapting to new situations and meeting the high standards of our customers.

I work very hard each day, have great attention to detail, a professional manner maintained at all times and patience for colleagues or clients who are in my care.

Relevant work experience. In my younger days I worked briefly for 6 months as a residential carer for Jewish care Scotland in Giffnock. A 6 month temporary contract before moving into customer service role. I came to enjoy the company of the gentleman who I would care for and was sad when I had to leave.

The common responsibilities were that I would make sure they were well dressed, clean their living area and cook their meals. I would also spend some time teaching them how to use computers, send emails to their families.
