Hello, my name is Carla. have worked in the Health and Social Care industry for just over 10 years from the year after I left education. I started off housekeeping and eventually progressed to Care Assistant and within a year I was promoted to Senior Care Assistant which I am very proud of still to this day! I have worked in a range of different care settings from Residential Care, Dementia Care, Assisted Living, undertaking agency shifts within Nursing Homes and most recently a self-employed Personal Care assistant. In that time, I have gained my Level 2 and Level 3 in Health and Social Care and picked up a lot of knowledge.
I'm hard working, enthusiastic and determined. As well as an independent, self-motivated, honest and a polite individual.
I feel very strongly about helping individuals remain as independent as possible to ensure they are able to remain within their own home. There is no place like home!
