My work experience taught me several leadership qualities which include delegation, patience, empathy, and attention to detail. Armed with those qualities, I believe I can further develop into an effective team leader in your organisation. I have a natural passion for helping people in disadvantageous positions especially the elderly and the sick having worked in hospital settings for over a decade. I am caring and passionate about my work. I have good report writing skills having done secretarial and managerial duties and produced accurate monthly reports using the Microsoft packages like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS for data analysis. This was in the early stages of my caregiver career before I became team leader. I am a go-getter and ambitious, and generally associate myself with negative energy.
