I have experience of working with adults with complex physical, and learning disabilities. My previous care role was at Scope Meldreth Manor I’m Hertfordshire before it was taken over by Aurora. I currently work in social care completing need’s assessments. I’m familiar with the hospital discharge processes. I don’t have recent moving and handling, first aid, basic food hygiene training and administration of medications. However , I am familiar with multi agency working protocols. I possess excellent communication skills that I can use to get services for clients where applicable
