I used Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint to undertake courses works, research projects, and PowerPoint presentations.
I am therefore proficient in my IT skills and use these daily to perform my duties. I also take advantage of available online tools to improve my skills. I provided tutorial sessions for some of my colleagues and as such a competent trainer/teacher.
As part of my duties, I undertook a community health survey to assess the determinant of health within a local community. I designed the questionnaires, mapped out approach patterns, and collated and analyzed results which culminated in a presentation to local government decision-makers to effect policy changes.
