I took early retirement from the NHS 11 years ago, where I worked as a registered oncology nurse. For the last 6 and a half years, I have been working as a live in carer. Primarily for an agency, then self employed. I cared for a lovely lady with dementia, then a gentleman with terminal cancer. Both have now sadly passed away. I have experience in all aspects of care. I have a clean driving license, DBS check and carers insurance. I also have up to date references. I have a husband, 2 children and 5 grandsons! I enjoy reading, walking, swimming, running, knitting and crocheting. I also love to cook.
