I have experience caring for vulnerable elderly on many levels. I am a hardworking, clean, efficient, organised and highly dedicated person. As a person and professional, my primary aim is to deliver holistic care as our healthcare system isn’t designed/set to do that in a practical sense.
Guidelines, regulations and education are important but my sensitivity, understanding, patience, genuine drive and willingness are rooted in my life experiences.

Taking care of the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of the Service Users using a person-centred approach.
Helping with personal care, meal preparation and cleaning.
Maintaining a safe living environment.
Consulting with other specialist services and healthcare professionals.
Extensive moving and handling training
Using manual handling equipment safely and correctly. Actively using hoist, Sara Stedy, Stand Aid, Slide Sheets, Etac Turner/Transfer Turning Aid.
Observe, record and report any issues/concerns accurately.
Medication handling, administering Level 1 - 3.
