I work as a Live in carer for the last 5 years. I am happy with the company etc I currently work for- unfortunately the schedule has recently changed to two weeks on and two weeks off. Original it was one week on one week off, which is my preference for a balanced family life style, well-being and allows me to provide the best support I can
