I am a very hard working individual who is very caring, bubbly and has a very positive mindset, I have work in various care settings such as a nursing home with elderly residents with needs such as dementia, some who are very aware just need a little bit of support with personal care which isn’t an issue for me, currently I am a support worker working with adults with disabilities ranging from the ages of 80 with the youngest being 24 all having different needs and requiring different support needs, I am very attentive, always willing to go above and beyond not just because it is my job but because it is in my nature.
