In the past I have provided 1-2-1 Personal Care Assistant for a man with Cerebral Palsy, where I became a valued member of his team of carers. I'm proud of my ability to build trust & professional relationships, which made me the obvious choice for fulfilling his bucket list trips to New York & India.
I have also cared for my brother, who suffered from MND, which has given me a deep understanding of the challenges that disabled individuals & their families face.
Outside of work, I'm an active & adventurous person. I have completed 5 marathons - 1 for every decade that I have been alive.
I hold an Enhanced DBS & a full-drivers licence. I'm confident in my ability to make a valuable contribution as a PA.
