I am a first-class law graduate, and family law was my expertise. Working as a support worker enabled me to develop communication skills as well as interpersonal skills. This is relevant for this role, as I can effectively answer phone calls when people call requiring assistance. My role as an executive member of a campus society has also helped me to develop my interpersonal and communication skills, as I have been able to engage in confidential discussions and conversations with customers.
