I have been able to help support individuals who have varying ranges of challenging behavior by encouraging their right to make choices, respecting and honoring the choices they make, respect their privacy and dignity, also assisted service users by careful observation of their behavioral changes in order to help them cope by ways of encouragement.
I am able to make informed decisions by adhering to their care plans and helped keep decision-makers informed of changes in the service user's behavioral patterns.
