I am competent in in hoisting and moving, palliative/end of life care, dementia, alzheimers and personal care.
In January, I looked after a cerebral palsy client for 2 weeks. I am also a competent cook and housekeeper too and able to liaison with doctors, ambulances, OT, taking clients to appointments, church etc plus also dispensing medication as needed and arranging patient transport. During covid, I was working alone, hoisting, moving, personal care and all the above.
I have also done respite care for social services.
