empathetic young lady. In any role that I have been assigned, I always strive for
clients to have a positive experience through proactive listening, thoughtful reaction to
issues and timely resolution of issues and concerns raised by clients, colleagues, and senior members of the team.

I provide and support clients with personal care demonstrating empathy, dignity, respect and compassion at all times. I pay attention to details and am able to eloquently report on incidents.
