Being a Health Care Assistant means that each day is never the same,the roles are varied and I enjoy the challenges each day brings, knowing that I can perform my duties with passion, focus and discipline.
I also enjoy the relationship building that comes with this role, in working with supported people, relationships are built. Supporting others to achieve their personal goals, improve skills, overcome problems, and develop personally, I find that I share in their joy having helped along the journey.
Furthermore, I enjoy the personal and career growth, health Care Assistants are given a lot of training and for someone who enjoys learning it a motivating factor for me. Additionally, the experiences I will go through will help me to grow as a person.
Finally, I feel that there are many, and varied, opportunities for progression within the industry, making it a viable and rewarding career choice!
