I have been a live-in carer for 5 years and I have a lot of experience working with numerous clients, I am passionate about the care I provide and the requirements of the individuals I care for. I ensure the care I am providing is person-centered and in the best interest of my clients and their families. I have empathy and the ability to put myself in the shoes of the individuals I care for. This allows me to completely understand the requirements of the clients and tailor the care I provide around their understanding to ensure high-quality, person-centered support. I have great observation skills, which is important as I'm able to pick up on signs and symptoms quickly and identify problems. I have great communication skills and am an excellent listener in order to provide the best possible care.
