I have roughly 3-4 years of experience in this field, however, I have been unemployed for quite some time now. This is not an issue however, because I am an extremely quick learner and always ready to learn new skills. I have excellent communication skills and I always ensure to listen and respond accordingly. I also have plenty of experience in dealing with people from various ethnic and social backgrounds. My previous work experience in this field gives me an advantage, also other work experience gives the capability to deal with the general public, answering and resolving tough queries.
