I am a female care . Mature lady 45 years old . I have NVQ2 and NVQ3 level in health and social care diploma . I have 17 years experience working with elderly and young people with different learning disabilities. I am hard worker , responsible , trustworthy person , always on time at work . I can work without supervision . I threat everyone with respect . I respect privacy and confidentiality of a service user . I always promote independence to those who can still manage to do things by themselves , i believe not to take their independence away from them .
