My past experience as a Community Health Assistant through Diploma in Midwifery to Degree in Midwifery has sharped me to understand more about human health and wellbeing. Working in the hospital setting for more than 10 years and in a care home for more than 2 years has given me enough experience to work as a care assistant. In this time, I have greatly developed my interpersonal and communication skills. Consequently, I never struggled to understand those in my care nor do I struggle to make myself understood. I developed excellent relationships with both residents and staff, which has helped my extremely friendly and approachable demeanour. I have supported the elderly in both the hospital setting and care home.
I am flexible so even if I do not fit this position I may consider another opportunity.
As an international applicant I will need sponsorship to be able to work in the UK.
