I am 41 years old, mature, compassionate and open-minded. I did live-in care in my youth as well as other care work a few years ago when I was waiting for my UK residency. Originally from South Africa but I have called the UK home for the last eight years. During this time I worked as a carer, had a cleaning business and worked as an editor but I have realised that caring is, by far, what I find most rewarding. If my loved ones had to describe me in a few words I am confident that capable, resourceful and intuitive would make the list.
I am currently still freelance editing but my daughter is now in uni and I can now go back to live-in care. Ideally with a client based in Sussex, as I am based in Brighton. I did first aid, manual handling, safeguarding and health & safety training in 2016.
