I am a passionate,loving caring and empathetic qualified nursing assistant/support work who has over 16 years of care experience.M a very enthusiastic person who is self driven and self motivated who can with minmum or no supervision yet m willing to learn from different disciplinaries.My experience mostly with the elderly has taught me how to deal with patients who have behaviours that challenge,dementia,sugar diabetes,hypertension.Having worked with the community for a long time also encouraged me to go further with my studies to do geriatric care and working in a hospital set up as well as nursing homes.I would appreciate getting a job as a live in that is fulfilling to me.
