I am highly adaptable with excellent organisational skills. Diplomatic in any circumstances. I am used to making decisions, even in stressful situations. I have a keen ability to encourage myself; setting challenges, ‘targets’ to achieve within a limited timescale. I can also motivate others, offering constructive criticism and praise where appropriate. Working well independently and as a team is important to me because I feel that being a dynamic employee is the key to a business’ success. A good sense of humour and a natural ability to communicate, internally and externally are strengths of mine.
