I am a hardworking, resilient, individual who has always put the needs of others before myself. I am a firm believer in giving back to the world and this can be done in many ways, one of which is helping those who are less fortunate to help themselves. Having worked as a prison custody officer, I have had the opportunity to help those who are in need of my duty of care. Their conditions would range from behavioral to physical and health related problems.
I was also once the primary carer for my Grandma who suffered with Type 1 diabetes, a newly fitted pacemaker and other heart related conditions. I would assist her with hygiene related tasks such as getting her changed, helping her to go to and from the bathroom, and changing her clothing.
