My work is extremely "person centered". I love to work with dementia and mental illness persons because this represents a continuously challenge for proving myself and I really want to help people, especially elders.
I'm organized, capable to take fast but good decisions, emphatic. I have tones of patience and I know to manage successful even dementia aggressivity. I always respect and protect the dignity of my clients and their wishes, beliefs and choices. I m ingenious in offering a lot of diverse choices for activities, indoor and outdoor, according to my client s taste and wishes. I believe that prevention is the most important key for safeguarding and avoiding risks.
I love to cook many styles : British, Mediterranean, Asian, East European. I love gardening, dogs and cats. I like to read and learn continously, music and dancing, walking and sports.
