I am a qualified nurse who is eager to progress into this excitingly rewarding and respectable career to further develop my skills, knowledge and experience in the field. As I have often observed individuals who were experiencing difficulty, I have learned not only empathize with them through compassion and care but I also developed an attitude of positivity that inspires and encourages them through hardship.
I work very hard to promote team work and will assist my colleagues to the best of my ability to ensure overall patient satisfaction and high staff morale. I have proven capable of working under pressure due to the level of discipline I implement in time management, organization and planning. Furthermore, I consider myself an honest and reliable individual who is able to recognize individual strengths and weaknesses in order to practice safely within the limits of my competence.
I recognize the importance of clear and effective communication in a health care setting and can adapting to different communication styles or by taking appropriate steps to accommodate communication needs to overcome barriers.
I conduct myself in a professional manner and provide care with compassion and respect by not making assumptions, but by making distinctions between every patients' individualism in order to ensure their care is appropriate and holistic.
