I am caring, sympathetic and hard working, Health care assistant with a though working knowledge who has acquired in residential care with 6 years of experienced and who is always focused on giving a safe care to my service users including good practice and health and safety standards. Am able to carry out all aspects of role from administering medication, giving personal care, preparing meals, and keeping records, I am self motivated and enthusiastic person and I have confidence I have the ability to work as an individual and within a team using my own initiative.
