I am currently employed at the willows nursing home as a care assistant, my job role is to deliver person centred care to our service users, I promote independence and treat everyone with dignity and respect, my duties range from delivering personal care and assisting with washing and dressing, monitoring skin integrity and reporting any concerns to my senior, report writing, closely monitoring our service users physical and emotional well-being, I follow all companies policies and procedures, I undertake all training, I am a hard working person who works very well within a team and also confident to work alone where necessary, I follow all health and safety policies and deliver a high standard of care at all times, currently working in a covid safe environment following all infection control procedures, I am honest and trustworthy, level 2 credited NVQ. Always happy to learn new skills.
