I am a self employed carer. Right to reside in the Uk. I have cared over several years for dementia, spinal injuries, ileostomy care , end of life, Parkinsons, Diabetes clients. Majority uas been returning request. I give support with care plans, know when to request support from qualified Occupational therapists, Distric Nurses, and End of Hospice support. Also support with the need of equipment need for the client or when change is needed. I am trained by a large care Company in the Uk, on all the compliance training for a carer. I am confident in my work and take pride in my support. I also oversee clients taking, prompting, or reminding them to their medication. To keep track of fluid intake r output charts. The list is not exhausted to the quality support a carer gives to the client and immediate family.
