As an Individual I am a down to earth person with a caring nature, can-do attitude especially with vulnerable and fragile residents / Individuals. By going through professional training and guidance I believe I can overcome the challenges and become part of a supportive, friendly team. I believe I will get plenty of opportunity to grow and excel my career and progress to senior positions by involving myself as a team member in the organization and build a rewarding career.
