Hello my name is Sophie, I’m 25 years old and have over a years experience of being a care assistant. I’m very passionate about helping people and motivated to do the best I can for you. I have a bubbly personality and a contagious smile. I know when to step back and allow people to have independence and also when to step back in and help them again with out it being patronising. I understand how to carry out personal care in a dignified manner and also to give you the options of what you would like to wear that day. I love to still allow you to be in control of your life even if I am there helping with a lot of things I want you to feel comfortable but supported. Being a similar age I would hope that you would see my role as more of a companion rather than work.
