i am a hardworking carer and have very effective communication and engage well with service users especially children and adults. Mostly I follow safeguarding guidelines by promoting the welfare of service users. In addition i do follow duty of care;inclusion,diversity,mental health, well-being and person centred approach. I always make sure i address any concernsby following policies and procedures. i have been a carer for about 2 and half years. I administer medication,support with eating and drinking including personal care. furthermore i monitor individuals conditions by taking their weight and watch their diet intake. I allow the client to do as much as they can for themselves and only offer support where they need it.
