I am a mature compassionate non smoking carer with over 20 years experience supporting lovely people with diverse care needs and in diverse care settings/establishments eg hospitals, nursing homes. residential homes, private homes and even schools. I have undertaken various roles as a carer, livein carer, support worker, social care worker and lifeline officer. My experience ranges from pallative care, dementia care, spinal injury, head injury, COPD, trauma, complex care etc. I am able to work on own initiave following laid down regulations and reporting/communicating to my seniors as per policy requirement I am emphatic and responsible.I am a happy and fun person who enjoys to learn and meet new people.
