I have worked in a care environment for many years working for a school with an Ofsted outstanding grade for the last 14 years.
I work with children and young adults with SEMH and all conditions on the spectrum. I manage admissions also vetting pupils and their needs to allow them a smooth transition covering all their needs which may involve intimate care plans. I am passionate and feel that life still goes on and it is so important to be part of the community taking on challenges that we face in life. I believe in well-being and quality of life when I work with individuals taking in to account the dignity of a person. No one must be left behind but encouraged to be the best they can be despite what obstacles
