Am a very kind natured person who has a rm but patient manner. am able to communicate with all kinds of dierent people, from all walks of life and i enjoy the dierent people that i meet. i enjoy working as a support worker and i like to work in this challenging environment where every day is dierent. i deal well with change and i think its does most people good to not get stuck in their ways. i am conscientious and organised in my work, i like to follow procedures and processes where ever possible and like to ensure that the people i work with also follow this. i am a self motivated and dedicated to my work i want to continue in my career choice for a very long time to come.
