I am a caring,trustworthy individual who has many years experience supporting indiviuals to reach there potential. At present I work nightshift as a lead practitioner I encourage a persons rights and responsibilities, the role they have in deciding their support, what resources does the person bring, resources needed to meet the person’s outcomes, relationships within the person’s life, sense of belonging. I maintain positive working relationships and responsibilities by being open an honest maintaining appropriate boundaries and a sense of belonging.
