I am able to carry out all aspect of the role from personal care, administering medications, meal preparation and record keeping. Also ready to work according to the rota including night shift. As a team Leader i am ready to attend training and team meetings. I have in-dept knowledge of National care standard and how these apply to different categories of people in care. In addition, Clear verbal and communications skills to explain sensitive information. And ability to handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
