My main experience with in-home care, is looking after elderly in the comforting of their own home. Including looking after people with main conditions like dementia, post op, companion ship , medication administration , medication re ordering, cancer, end of line , falls risk, complex care , parkisons, stroke and more..I saw your advert on Facebook and l would like to be considered for the position of a health care assistance, sit in , homecare or live in .
