I believe I am suitable for this job because I have a strong work ethic, I am reliable, friendly, customer focused, professional, able to multitask, well-organised, willing to learn new things and improve by taking any constructive criticisms/feedback as a positive and not a negative. I also have a good technical, interpersonal and communication skills which enables me to verbally communicate with clients effectively and respectfully. I believe that my experience in Care will help me perform greatly in this role as I have been able to show Empathy, Patience, and Perseverance both at work and outside work and this definitely makes my clients feel heard and significant. I believe if I am given this opportunity I’ll perform my very best by delivering a high-quality support through listening and understand every customer query and resolving it swiftly and going out of my comfort zone in order to tailor their every needs and requirements in order to get the best outcome.
