I am a young adult who just finished her second year at university with a lot of different working background. I am a quick learner and able to adopt to new differences. I study Business (Marketing) at Birmingham City University. My course allows me to build up my critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I work good under pressure, and I can express my ideas. Helping those in need with uplifting their confidence and encourage independence is something very important to me. It is a privilege to be able to make someone’s day, supporting them with day-to-day tasks to mitigate frustrations and helping them feel confident and proud. Putting my patients first is always my priority and understanding more about the theoretical aspects of the care practice.
